What to Expect On Your First Visit
Step One:
New Practice Member Application --
All new practice members are asked to fill out a new practice member application as completely and thoroughly as possible. The more we understand about your health, the more we are able to identify the root cause of any issues you're experiencing and more easily make a plan to resolve them.
Step Two:
Office Tour --
We are excited to welcome you to our practice and want you to feel at home here. We will give you a brief tour of the space to help you get oriented, as well as to help you understand a little bit more about our goals and vision for patients in our office.
Step Three:
One-on-One Consultation --
In your consultation we will go over your health concerns and health history with you in more detail. This will help us identify what exactly your health issues are, and what your goals are moving forward. We will also look at your history to help us identify the root of the problem so we can know how to properly resolve it as we proceed with your care.
Step Four:
Chiropractic Assessment --
In the chiropractic assessment we use state of the art technology to assess your spine and muscles. This helps us evaluate the severity of stress and nerve interference in your body. Knowing this will allow us to correct the health issues at their source. It is very gentle and non-invasive.
Step Five:
X-Rays and Adjustment--
While not always necessary, the doctor will advise you if postural x-rays are needed. X-rays are taken on site and are very quick. Once the Dr. has a chance to review them and see exactly where your problem areas are, he will be able to provide a very specific adjustment to get you started on your path to healing.
Step Six:
Report of Findings and Individualized Plan--
This will be your most important appointment in our office! After the proper diagnostics are conducted and the doctor has had time to look over your results you will be invited back for a follow-up appointment. This includes a one-on-one consult with the doc where he will explain our unique approach to health, he'll provide a report of findings about what exactly he found in your assessments, he will give you an individualized plan for what he feels it will take to get you on the path to feeling and functioning better, and you will have the opportunity to get your second adjustment!
On your day two visit we prioritize patient education because we believe every person deserves to make the most informed decisions regarding their health! The cost for the report of findings with the doc is included in the cost you pay for your exam and assessments, you will only pay for the adjustment should you decide to proceed.
Step Seven:
Review Care Plan and Initiate Care --
The final step is to review your personalized care plan that Dr. Chase has written. You will have a chance to go over his recommendations for your care with him and talk about how we can make your care affordable for you and your family.
We can't wait to help you start on your path towards a new life!
